If you are exceptional, we want to hear from you - even if you don't see your role on this page.

We're building one of the most ambitious AI products on the planet.

Gravity takes you from prompt to AI agents in 60 seconds. You don't build anything. You don't configure anything. You don't even need to know what an AI agent is. You just type what you want done, and it gets done.

It's a big leap from what is out there in the world. The next best platforms take hours to days of setup and finetuning. And they still break. We do it in 60 seconds, a 100x jump. Without setup. Without any finetuning. And it works. Every. Single. Time.

We are a small, remote-first team building this from India. The team is the whole game, so we hire intentionally and only bring on people who are genuinely exceptional at what they do. We would rather wait than settle.

What exceptional looks like here

You have built or done something real, and you can point to it.
You take an idea from nothing to shipped without being managed.
You hold your own work to a standard higher than anyone asks of you.
You are low on ego, high on conviction, and the kind of person other strong people want on their team.

If that is you, this is your way in. If it is not yet, that is okay - come back when it is.

What you would get

Real ownership from your first week, on a problem the rest of the industry has not solved.
A direct line to everyone, including the founder.
Equity in what we build.
The freedom to work from anywhere.
The rare experience of working only with people who are excellent and kind.

How to apply
Keep it short and real.

In a sentence or two, tell us what you would own here and why you are the one to own it.
Then show us: send the single best thing you have built or done, and a link.

We care more about what you have done than where you have worked.

We read every application and reply to the ones we connect with. If you are exceptional, Apply.
